Return & Refund Policy

MAC Medical Equipment and Consumables

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition at the time of return.
• All items must be returned in their original packaging, including labels, seals, manuals, and accessories.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.
• Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance are Sale items. Follow our standard return policy.
• Products purchased as gifts may be eligible for store credit, subject to approval.
• If the item arrives damaged or defective, we provide a full refund/replacement at no cost to you.
• Returns will not be accepted for damaged items, including but not limited to damage caused by use, mishandling, improper storage, or external impact after delivery.
• Any item that has been used, tampered with, or has its original seal broken will be rejected and returned to the customer.

2. Return Timeframe

• Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Requests received after this period will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.

3. Return Process

• All return requests are subject to review and prior approval.
• Upon approval, customers will receive return instructions.
• Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
• The original invoice must accompany the returned product.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

• Returned items will undergo inspection upon receipt.
• Refunds will be issued only after successful inspection and approval.
• Customers may opt for an exchange instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit, at MAC Medical’s discretion.

5. Shipping Costs

• All return shipping charges must be paid by the customer, reason “Customer pays for change-of-mind; MAC Medical pays for defective/wrong items.
• MAC Medical Equipment and Consumables does not reimburse return shipping fees.
• Original delivery charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

• Digital products
• Items marked as Final Sale
• Consumable products
• Health and personal care items
• Intimate or sanitary goods
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

7. Condition of Returned Items & Restocking Fee

• Returned products must be received in original, resalable condition.
• A restocking fee of 20% of the total product value may apply to approved returns.

8. Policy Amendments

MAC Medical Equipment and Consumables reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be posted on this page and become effective immediately.
